First, if there is an emergency need for board-up, tarping or plumbing, we will get there as quickly as possible to mitigate the damage. This is top priority for the insurance company! Once the reason for the damage is stopped, there will be many steps in the restoration process.
We will meet with the adjuster to review your loss with you. Once we all reviewed this information, we will put together our estimate of the job, and the adjuster will do one separately. We both have the same estimating program (see our page on Hiring A Restoration Company for explanation).

When you agree to hire All Right Restoration & Construction Inc. to be your contractor, we will reconcile the 2 estimates. Our time will be spent reviewing these, making sure that all components are included to get the job done right. Sometimes this involves several conversations with the adjusters to make our recommendations. Adjusters, even the very best ones, usually have experience on the construction side, so it is not unusual to have discrepancies. Our job is to make sure you get everything you need to put your home or business back to it's pre-loss condition.
Once these estimates are reconciled and approved by the adjuster, we are ready to be in to do the work. Our goal is to get your job done as quickly as possible!
